Currently, 28 fraternities and sororities live-in and own/rent official chapter houses in the neighborhoods near the campus of Oregon State University. Chapters with a house are required to have a live-in House Director/Resident Advisor or, as they are sometimes known, House Mom/Dad. This important staff member assists the chapter with facilities/maintenance issues, meal/food issues, and is a great resource and sympathetic ear to listen for our fraternity/sorority members.
